Aquascaping Detail Stones - "Dragon Stone"

Precio de oferta €12,90

The Aquascaping Detail Stones Dragon Stone are small, selected natural dragon stones that allow you to add exactly the details to your aquarium that make a layout look natural and expressive. Dragon stones are among the most popular types of stone in aquascaping, because their striking appearance allows almost any natural idea to be credibly implemented.

The stones come in warm brown to reddish hues and have a highly fractured, richly structured surface with characteristic depressions and edges. This lively shape makes dragon stone an ideal choice for recreating mountains, rock faces, or fractured terrain structures in the aquarium. Especially in the Iwagumi style, the mini dragon stones unfold their effect and create an expressive depth.

The Detail Stones are available in two grit sizes, so you can flexibly adapt them to your layout. The finer grit of 3 to 7 mm is ideal for working out transitions, structuring the foreground, and specifically placing fine details between larger main stones. The slightly coarser grit of 8 to 16 mm is well suited for supplementing rock groups, hinting at scree fields, or designing larger areas. Both grit sizes can also be combined very well.

Each pack contains 250 g of dragon stones. With this, you can create a complete layout in a nano aquarium or specifically complement the details in a larger aquarium. Since dragon stone is a natural material, each stone varies in shape, color nuance, and structure, which makes each bag a small unique item.

The packaging of the Aquascaping Detail Stones is part of the I am Green series. It is made partially from sugarcane instead of crude oil and comes completely without an aluminum layer. The KPET film used provides a good barrier effect, so that hardly any compromises have to be made with the more environmentally friendly material compared to classic packaging.

Made in Germany, the Aquascaping Detail Stones Dragon Stone are suitable for both beginners setting up their first layout and experienced aquascapers who want to add expressive details to their scape.

Recommended use: Briefly rinse the dragon stones before use to remove stone dust, and place them in the aquarium according to your layout. When placing them, pay attention to a deliberately irregular arrangement, as this looks more natural than perfect symmetries. You can specifically supplement larger main stones with the mini dragon stones to create smaller rock groups, scree fields, or foreground details.
