Shipping conditions

All orders for in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 2 working days of receipt of payment. Shipping is from our warehouse in Germany.

For deliveries within Europe, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 working days, depending on the destination country and local shipping conditions. We work with DHL, among others, to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Delays may occur during peak periods, such as public holidays.

Certain products are made to order and may take up to 3 weeks to manufacture. However, the estimated shipping time is always displayed in the shopping cart so that you can see the exact delivery time before you buy.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation by e-mail including a tracking number. This allows you to track the status of your delivery online at any time.
