General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Petzooly

Section 1 Scope & Provider These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between you as the customer and us, Petzooly (Ovelgönner Weg 35, 21335 Lüneburg, Germany, Email: hi@petzooly.com , VAT ID: DE423167795, Commercial Register No. HRB 211729, Lüneburg Local Court). We do not recognize any deviating terms and conditions unless we agree to them in writing. For consumers in the EU, the mandatory consumer protection regulations of your country of residence also apply.

Section 2 Conclusion of Contract (1) Our product presentation is non-binding. (2) Your order constitutes a binding offer. We will confirm receipt by email. The contract is concluded upon shipment of the goods or separate acceptance. (3) The contract text will be stored and sent to you.

Section 3 Prices, Shipping Costs & Payment (1) Prices in euros including VAT, plus shipping costs (clearly shown in the shopping cart). (2) Payment methods: PayPal, credit card, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, instant bank transfer. (3) Retention of title: Goods remain our property until full payment has been received. For international deliveries, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply – these are borne by the customer.

Section 4 Delivery, Availability & Product Safety (1) Delivery times: As stated on the product page/shopping cart. (2) Unavailability: Immediate notification + refund. (3) All products comply with the EU Product Safety Regulation (GPSR). Safety and warning information can be found in the product description – perfect for pet-friendly products!

Section 5 Right of Withdrawal Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal (full information including sample form here: [Link]). Excluded: Personalized products, sealed hygiene products (e.g., open pet food packages) and perishable goods.

Section 6 Warranty & Liability (1) Statutory warranty: 2 years for new goods. (2) Liability: Unlimited in cases of intent/negligence, product liability law, and injury to life, body, or health. Otherwise limited to typical, foreseeable damages.

Section 7 Data Protection & Accessibility We process your data in compliance with the GDPR (details: [Privacy Policy Link]). Our shop and these Terms and Conditions are accessible according to BFSG/WCAG standards – accessible to all pet lovers!

Section 8 Dispute Resolution EU Online Dispute Resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/odr . We do not participate in consumer arbitration proceedings.

Section 9 Final Provisions (1) German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. (2) Severability clause: Invalid provisions shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. (3) Subject to change – the version in force at the time of contract conclusion shall apply.
