Our promise: Your package will arrive at your pet's door in a flash – so you're both happy!

We ship all in-stock products within 1–3 business days of receiving payment. Shipping is handled from our warehouse in Germany as well as from reliable international partner warehouses – this way we always guarantee you the fastest delivery.

Delivery times at a glance:

• Germany : 1–3 working days
• EU countries : 3–7 working days
• Worldwide (e.g., Switzerland, UK, USA, rest of the world) : 5–14 working days (depending on destination country and customs)

We work with top shipping partners like DHL, DPD, and international carriers – secure, trackable, and environmentally friendly wherever possible. During peak periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), there may be slight delays, but we'll always keep you updated.

Personalized and custom-made products (e.g., engraved bowls, custom-made toys): Up to 3 weeks production time. The exact delivery time is clearly displayed in your shopping cart and on the product page – no unpleasant surprises!

Tracking & Shipping Confirmation : As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This allows you to track everything live.

Shipping costs : Clearly displayed in the shopping cart. We offer free shipping within Germany for orders over €79 and free shipping throughout the EU for orders over €119 – the perfect reason to place a larger order and save even more!

International Shipping & Customs : Outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply – these are the responsibility of the recipient. We make the process as easy as possible for you.
