Our goal: to get your pet products to you as cheaply and quickly as possible – so you can spend more on your furry friend! That's why we keep shipping costs low and offer attractive free shipping thresholds – this increases your shopping cart value and makes Petzooly the most profitable pet shop for you and us.

Current shipping costs (as of December 2025): You can always see the exact costs live in your shopping cart – depending on weight, volume, and destination country. Here are the standard rates:

Germany

• Standard shipping (DHL/DPD): €4.90
• Free shipping on orders over €49 – our best-selling threshold for higher AOV!

EU countries (e.g. Austria, Netherlands, France, Italy, Spain)

• Standard shipping: €9.90 – €14.90 (depending on country & weight)
• Free shipping on orders over €79 – perfect for EU scaling and larger orders!

Switzerland & UK

• Standard shipping: €14.90 – €19.90
• Free for orders over €99
• Note: Customs duties and import VAT are borne by the recipient (we make the customs paperwork easy for you).

USA & Rest of the World

• Standard shipping: €19.90 – €39.90 (depending on zone)
• Free for orders over €149
• Customs duties/taxes/fees are borne by the recipient – ​​we optimize the package for minimal costs.

Special cases

• Bulky goods (e.g. large scratching posts or aquariums): surcharge +€5–15 (clearly displayed in the shopping cart).
• Express shipping: Available on request (+€10–30) – for those in a real hurry!
• Island surcharges (e.g. Balearic Islands, Canary Islands): +€5–10 extra.

Petzooly shipping tip for maximum satisfaction: The higher your order value, the cheaper it is for you – and the more profitable for us (fewer small packages = better margins). Use bundles or "Buy 3, Pay for 2" promotions to easily reach the free shipping threshold!
